Led the development of pharmaceutical packaging solutions by designing and assembling structural packaging components, including carton designs, label drawings, blister packs, and thermoform trays.
Facilitated collaboration between clients, vendors and manufacturing teams through technical drawings and prototypes, in order to define project scope and determine the best solution for product functionality and patient usability.
Utilized rapid prototyping techniques, such as 3D printing, CNC cutting and thermoforming, to create packaging samples and fixtures for manufacturing operations.
Drove efficiency by creating and refining concept sketches, and visual presentations as well as utilizing CAD tools such as SolidWorks, and ArtiosCAD, to create technical drawings of packaging components to be shared with key stakeholders.
Supported cross functional training to support transfer of technical design components between manufacturing sites.
Mentored and trained interns, to foster skill development in design software and lab equipment usage.

Designed plastic bottles, while maintaining manufacturing standards for blow molded PET and HDPE.
Preformed market research through analysis of consumer purchasing trends in comparison with competitor offerings to determine areas of growth for stock bottle designs.
Utilized prototyping techniques, product sketching, and 3D renders to present design concepts to customers.
Created branded elements including the design for the online stock catalog as well as the re-branding of StudioPKG.
